yall im sorry i have to complain about this for a second because this actually pisses me off.

yall NEVER defend anyone besides your friends. if i see a post hating on someone, even if i've never met them, i defend them. but some of you ONLY defend your friends.

sam (or me? im not too sure actually) got called a stupid liberal (keyword: STUPID) and some of yall didnt say shit. but then people in the comments run to nialls defense because a couple people speculated that either he or one of his friends made the post (personally i think it was one of his friends, not that i think niall is up to it or even knows about it)

a week or two ago i got a hate post and was called a loser, said i had no friends, said my edits suck, etc etc. and yall ONLY defended niall, despite the fact that the only criticism he recieved was something about nobody liking him.

receiving hate obviously isnt a competition, but one of us got way worse hate than the other in that post, and some of yall said nothing about me. and the same is happening with sam (or me? or both? idk who the stupid liberal they're referring to is)

we will NEVER have a safe, loving, kind, strong community if you let people hate on anyone that isnt your friend. you need to defend your fellow swiftubers. whether theyre your best friend or your biggest hater, whether they have 5 subs or 5k subs, it doesnt matter.

EVERYONE deserves to have people back them and protect them from bullying

‪@Midnight.Sparks13‬ sorry for screenshotting your timed posts (will delete if you want) but i just think this is a really good reminder for myself, and others, to put flashing light warnings on your edits! i definitely havent been doing that because its a really easy thing to forget, but its super important for people with epilepsy or people that are just sensitive to light/flashing lights
