Quick clarification regarding my last "channel & life update" video: I mentioned my condition (Focal/musicians Dystonia) and I also mentioned wanting to change my diet soon. The diet doesn't really have anything to do with the Dystonia. I've done keto multiple times to lose weight and to get more healthy, but it has never had an effect on my Dystonia.
