Hello everyone,
During the pandemic, it was not possible to travel to our homeland, Karnataka, India, and enjoy the harvest of the seasonal fruits or take my daughter to my village to show her the experience of plucking a fruit from a tree. But then I thought, why can't I bring that kind of experience for my daughter here in Dubai? One might wonder how a buzzing city like Dubai could ever show a village cooking experience. How could the joy of plucking a fruit be experienced?
I have always been passionate about cooking and particularly, the real authentic style of village cooking. Living in the same ambience of those ancient days using traditional cooking methods here in Dubai is my peaceful place.
I wanted to give my daughter the true authentic essence of village living and cooking with a ‘Taste of Nature in Dubai’ and so I welcome you all in our beautiful journey.
