Whenever you have this inner voice speaking to you as your best friend would do, as the most supportive companion, as your personal body guard and cheerleader, as your own coach and mentor.....Listen to it. It is your intuition. It is who you truly are...in the future. It protects you, it nurtures you and helps you in the most crucial times.

This voice has nothing to do with the inner harsh, critique and hurtful noise created in your head by your life circumstances and programming....Tell this harmful voice to shut the f@€& up. It is an illusion that's trying to convince you that it's your truth.

How to distinguish them? Easy. How does each one of them make you feel?
Calm, powerful, confident and motivated or weak, hopeless, helpless, anxious and so 'small'?

Intuition is the voice of your future Self, your Higher Self. Wise, Soul embodiment, unlimited, expanded, abundant and infinite with the signature of your Presence. It is your best next version of yourself that communicates with you in the present moment in order to guide you to Itself.

It comes as a whisper in the beginning and it's up to you whether you hear it or not, whether you notice and act upon it or disregard it.

Listen to it and it will grow gracefully

Are you a people pleaser? Are you always offering your services without boundaries? Are you listening to other people needs instead of honoring your own? Self sacrifice is your middle name because you think that's how true Love is?

Reconsider it.....

When you make others more important than you, then you act through a place of fear, trauma, limiting belief that was imprinted somewhen in your childhood life - that is fake love cause it's a trauma response disguised as 'pure' Love.

But when you truly accept and Love yourself unconditionally, only then you can genuinely Love others too, through an authentic presence of your true essence.
Only when you honor yourself first by being You, can you offer the same to your environment - it all starts with you, within you.
Even in airplanes, the rule is: first the adult /parent wears the oxygen mask and then the child. You cannot give what you don't already have for yourself - otherwise it's all a facade, mascarade, pretence...

Whatever you insist, persists.

It gets heavy, sticky, a burden that becomes suffering.

Whenever you let yourself acknowledge and accept every feeling, every emotion, every kind of energy that just wants to pass through your body and find its expression and voice, then you release it in peace and you become free.
