After years of wanting to make films (but ending up making client commercials or product videos), I just posted my first short film!
Looking back, I would have done a few things differently, but super proud to finally release something and get the ball rolling. Starting to work on the next one (and actually hire a crew this time😂)!
Thinking about removing the "sharpness and image quality" portion of lens test reviews. I'm still going to do the tests, but staring at a chart while I talk over that portion of the video feels really boring to me. And if it's boring for me (and I'm making the dang thing!), I can only imagine how boring it is for you guys. So what do you think? Keep the charts, or just write out my findings and put it as a title that you can pause and read if you want.

I bought my set of DZO Film Vespids right before NAB, now the Arles are out. Terrible timing!
I really need to get a set of them in to compare. They look clean, fast and the price point is pretty attractive compared to others on the market.
What do you think of the DZO Film Arles? What would you compare them to?
