A Must Watch Short Documentary! I've seen the results myself, around 5-6 months back and coming down with a bout of sciatica, I found some Dr Berg videos talking about seed oils and how toxic they were. Since then as a family we have been avoiding anything cooked or containing seed oils, maltodextrin (modified food starch) We have felt a lot better, not contently bloated, inflammation has gone down and with copper supplements the sciatica is almost gone. Weight was shed with little effort… obviously all my biscuits, potatoes chips, which was not a daily ritual.. the occasional KFC... that all had to be cut out. Now my wife makes some killer donuts now and again using sour dough and we fry them in pork lard as tallow is not readily available here. I love some chips in the frier, again using pork lard, I'm eating plenty of fat/ meat and veggies and feel good :-)
I do believe its been a huge bait and switch that's ended up creating a convenient cycle of illness that the industry profits from.

Blooming disgusting. I'll admit I've used the honey extention for a few years and never thought much of it. Uninstalled it today after watching this though.

One of our seed-grown dragon fruit plants has finally produced a flower after about 4.5 years of growth! This year, at the same time, our cloned plant has also flowered after about 2.7 years. Last night, I collected pollen and cross-pollinated both flowers, saving the extra pollen by freezing it in a paper envelope in case I get a single flower that I can still pollinate. I'm super behind with videos 🫀 I've had so much on, I have plently of footage, I just need time to edit, plan and shoot the informative part of the video. We have the grafted cherries we grew from seed and how you can potentially graft a fruit tree to ensure fruit, the digestetron 3000 and maki g weed fertilizer, how to espalir a fruit tree... and many more that just keep accumulating... overwhelmed

Well that's the cherry grafted... 😢 very anxious πŸ˜… I really hope it will take, the union seemed good, I just its not too late in the year for a cleft, as the trees are still dormant but on the verge of braking out. We will see in a week or two if the graft has welded or not .

We out all day today collecting olives for then making to oil! So far we have about 50kg in the bags and another 10-20kg on the floor! After we done here we have another place to go where hopefully we can net another 100kg! I'm told by the old size man of the field, that 5kg of olives should net us 1liter of oil. Depending on the press and mill.
Looking forward to getting as much footage as poss and making a video of the whole process after.
