Breaking: Chairman Nyanzi the brother to HE. Bobi Wine is set to be presented by the state as a witness against his own party members who have been in prison for over 7 months on alleged tramped up charges of unlawful drilling. It's known that when chairman nyanzi was abducted last year, he confessed to having given a series of names of foot soldiers who participated in the birthday celebration of HE. Bobi Wine including the deputy spokesperson Alex Wasswa Mufumbiro who just lost his wife while in prison and didn't have the chance to bury her. It's said that during this particular incident, he was in the hospital with his sick wife and didn't participate. However, the state with its statement from their witness Nyanzi have since refused to believe and stood against any bail applications meant to set Wasswa and 21 others free. Chairman Nyanzi is yet to clear the air on this matter that has brought mixed reactions upon party members and joy to the NRM. Wasswa and 21 others are set to appear in court on the 15th May, 2026 during which Chairman Nyanzi will testify against them.
