I’m having a difficult time leaving…
Stayed last night along the Keyhole Reservoir in Keyhole State Park. This is site PH-21 in the Pronghorn Campground.
It is very beautiful here. I’m listening to bird song… right now!
I’ve decided that I must come back here for a kayak retreat to paddle some of the inlets and explore!!! Maybe June??
It’s the morning of Day 2. I’m traveling out to Eastern Iowa.

Hello Friends!!!
I took a hike last Saturday along Sullivan’s Knob Trail in the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area.
It’s one of my favorite short hikes!
It was a beautiful afternoon with sun and warm weather! The canyon was mostly still and quiet.
When the wind is still, the sound of silence with gentle birdsong is incredible!!! If you live in the city, you must come here to visit and treat yourself to this experience!
I will be posting short clips and later a long-form video of my hiking adventure!!
