I specialise in Group Hypnotherapy for corporations, self-image, self-esteem, confidence, sleep, managing pain, inner child, procrastination, stress, and anxiety, helping people achieve their desired goals. I’m a speaker and run group hypnotherapy sessions for corporate employees.
In 2024, I've had 1350 people attend 37 group hypnosis events.
I have developed knowledge and skills in the different fields of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, and NLP. What the mind can believe the mind can achieve.
