I honestly won't consider random people as my friend unless I actually approach them and they approach back (and vice versa-) alot of times.
But for those that are my fellows for a very long time but didn't approach alot?? Nahhh. They are still my friends.. unless I no longer remember them or when they don't remember me. :P
Just don't use me like an object that will be discarded in the future. ^_^
