A quick update on the gangs:
The backyard gang is all complete again! In the last two weeks, two of our backyard cats and D’Art from the front yard had been sick. D’Art stayed at the clinic for 5 days and then he spent the next week in the storage room next to our indoor gang’s room while I was giving him his medicine for his chronic and sometimes recurring illness. And a few days ago, he got reunited with the front yard gang.
As for the backyard gang; Octo1 spent 5 days at the clinic while being treated for an infection. I couldn’t treat him here because he gets aggressive when he is sick. And he returned to the backyard yesterday and he is all well now.
Lastly, Bisco (Master of Comfort) whose story will be told very soon has been treated for respiratory problems for the last two weeks (first 7 days at home and the second 7 at the clinic) and tonight he returned to the backyard too. He will need a few control visits but he seems well now. So tonight, the whole backyard gang is finally all together again!

Kedilerimizle ilgili son gelişmelerden hızlıca bahsedeyim:
Arka bahçe çetesi tekrar birbirlerine kavuştu! Son iki haftadır arka bahçeden iki kedimiz, ön bahçeden de Dartiş hastaydı. Dartiş kronik olan ve ara sıra tekrarlayan hastalığı sebebiyle ilk 5 gün klinikte, sonraki haftanın tamamında da ön bahçedeki kedilerimizin odasının bitişiğindeki ek odada diğerlerinden ayrı bir şekilde tedavisini gördü. Birkaç gün önce de ön bahçedeki arkadaşlarının arasına döndü tekrar.
Arka bahçeye gelirsek; Oktovan (Okto1) enfeksiyon sebebiyle 5 gün klinikte kaldı. Tedavisini burada yapamadım çünkü hastalanınca agresifleşengillerden. Ama dün itibarıyla arka bahçeye döndü; şu an durumu iyi ve keyfi yerinde görünüyor.
Son olarak da hikâyesi önümüzdeki haftalarda anlatılacak olan Bisco (Rahatlık Ustası) solunum sıkıntısı sebebiyle ilk 7 günü bahçede, ikinci 7 günü klinikte olmak üzere tedavi gördü ve bu akşam o da arka bahçeye döndü. Birkaç kez daha kontrole gitmesi gerekecek ama iyi görünüyor şu an.
Yani sonuç olarak iki haftalık bir aranın ardından arka bahçe çetesi bu geceyi yine hep beraber geçirecek!

Edit: Yesterday I wrote that our new video would be uploaded on Jan 21st, but due to the tragic fire event that happened in Türkiye today, it doesn’t feel right to upload a video so I will post it at another date.

Hi everyone. Walter has been unwell recently (with gastric issues) and we’ve been doing vet visits with him every day for the last two weeks; that’s why there were no uploads. But he seems to be getting better, so hopefully we’ll get over it.
And tomorrow (21st) we’ll have a new video in which we surprise our goalkeeper cat Indy with his first ever goalkeeper jersey! Don’t forget to check it out!

Hi everyone. I hope you are all well! This is an announcement of a change in our upload schedule.

As some of you know, since the beginning of this year, I’ve been trying to upload at least 3 new videos a month on the 1st, 11th and 21st of each month (though mostly I was a few days late). The reason for this schedule was to let our subscribers know when to expect a new video of course; but in order to fulfill this schedule, our videos became shorter over time. Also, it might or might not be related to that but our views have dropped a lot in this past year. They are indeed at our all time low. You probably realized that as well.
So that’s why I decided to return to longer videos again. And since longer videos take more time to prepare, unfortunately I won’t be able to give you a fixed upload schedule anymore. Hopefully YT notifications will remember to alert you when there is a new one so it’s important to click on the bell icon next to our subscribe button and turn on “all” notifications for our channel. Don’t forget to enable YouTube notifications from the settings of your phone as well if you don’t receive any notifications at all. (And please remember that likes, comments and shares help the videos a lot.)

I will still try to upload 2-3 new videos a month but since most of them will be longer videos from now on, we just won’t have predetermined upload dates anymore. (But having said that, my goal will be to try to upload them on Thursdays or Fridays whenever I can)

I want to thank all our subscribers who continue to watch all our new videos and our channel members for their continuous extra support!

Our next video will be coming tomorrow (on Friday).

Herkese merhabalar. Umarım hepiniz iyisinizdir. Bu yazı, video yükleme takvimimizdeki bir değişiklikle alakalı olacak.

Bazılarınızın bildiği üzere, sene başından beri her ayın 1’i, 11’i ve 21’inde olmak üzere (her ne kadar çoğunlukla birkaç gün geciksem de) aylık olarak en az 3 yeni video yüklemeye çalışıyordum. Bu takvim tabii ki abonelerimiz yeni videolarımızın ne zaman yükleneceğini bilebilsin diye hazırlanmıştı ama bu tarihlere uyabilmek adına zaman içinde videolarımızın süreleri gitgide kısaldı. Ayrıca, bununla bağlantılı olup olmadığını bilmemekle beraber, izlenmelerimiz de geçtiğimiz bir yıl içinde epey düştü.
Bu sebeple, tekrar uzun videolara dönme kararı aldım. Ancak uzun videoların hazırlanması daha fazla zaman aldığı için artık belli bir video yükleme takvimi veremeyeceğim malesef. Umuyorum ki YouTube bildirimleri yeni videolarımız yüklendikçe size ulaşır. Bunun için de zil butonuna tıklayıp kanalımız için “tüm” bildirimleri açmanız önemli.

Bundan sonra da yine her ay 2 veya 3 yeni video yüklemeye çalışacağım ama artık çoğunlukla uzun videolar olacağı için yüklenme tarihleri önceden belli olmayacak. (Yine de elimden geldiğince Perşembe veya Cuma günlerini tercih edeceğimi de belirteyim.)

Videolarımızı izlemeye devam eden tüm abonelerimize ve ekstra destekleri için kanal üyelerimize çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Merhabalar. Malesef bu yavruya hâlâ bir yuva bulamadım ve geçici yuvada baktırmaya devam ediyorum. Aşıları yapıldı, iç-dış parazit ilaçları düzenli yapılıyor ve hatta sonradan kısırlaştırdım da. Çok sağlıklı ve sevimli, 1 yaşında bir erkek kedi. Tüm hikâyesi de videoda mevcut. Çevrenizde kedi sahiplenmek isteyen birileri varsa bu videoyu onlara izletebilirseniz çok memnun olurum. Hi everyone. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a home for this kitten yet and I am still having him looked after in a foster home. That’s why I shared this post once more for our Turkish subscribers. This once little kitten is now a healthy 1 year old cat and I also got him neutered this year. Let’s hope someone comes along for this cat this time..

Hi everyone. Thank you all for your best wishes for The Big Head under our last community post! His treatment is almost over and he is doing fine now. But in the last week, The Purring Cat got sick too so he’s also been going to the vet daily. You might remember that he is an incredibly difficult cat to handle while he is sick. So it’s a huge struggle every day. Since our storage room next to our front yard cats’ indoor room is occupied by The Big Head; I took The Purring Cat to our land (his illness might be contagious).
As some of you know, we had started building a house in our land (in order to move into in the future with all our animals) And that house construction has been on a break for some time but in the meantime we finished the construction of a smaller, one storey building near our future house. This smaller building consists of three separate parts. The first part is a living room (with its bathroom and kitchen inside) which we use when we come to our land; the second part is a storage room and the third part is a treatment room. So even though its interior design isn’t finished yet, the little room in the photo is my future treatment room. And The Purring Cat has been the first patient ever to use my treatment room! And I can check on him through the security cam anytime.
So overall; because I was busy with those two this past week, our new video got delayed and will be uploaded on June 11.

Herkese merhabalar. Bir önceki topluluk gönderimizin altına Kocabaş için iyi dileklerini yazan herkese teşekkür ederim. Tedavisi bitmek üzere ve şu an iyi durumda. Ama bu geçtiğimiz hafta Mırlayan Kedi de hastalandı ve o da her gün veterinere gidiyor. Tek sıkıntımız; o hastalandığında son derece vahşi bir kediye dönüşüyor; bu yüzden her gün uğraştırıyor bizi.
Ön bahçedeki kedilerimizin odasının bitişiğindeki depo odasında Kocabaş kaldığı için ve Mırlayan Kedi’nin de hastalığı bulaşıcı olduğundan, onu arsaya götürdüm.
Bazılarınızın bildiği üzere, ilerde tüm hayvanlarımızla beraber taşınmak için arsamızda bir inşaata başlamıştık. O ev inşaatına da bir süredir ara vermiştik ancak bu süreçte evin yakınında küçük tek katlı bir yapının inşasını tamamladık. Bu tek katlı yapı 3 kısımdan oluşmakta. Biri, içinde bir mutfağı ve lavabosu bulunan bir oturma odası (arsaya gittiğimiz zamanlarda kullandığımız); biri depo odası ve biri de tedavi odası. Her ne kadar iç dizaynı tam bitmemiş olsa da, fotoğrafta gördüğünüz o küçük oda gelecekteki tedavi odam yani. Ve Mırlayan Kedi de bu odayı kullanan ilk hastamız olmuş oldu! Aynı yerde olmadığımız için de takibini kameradan yapıyorum.
Yani özetle; bu hafta boyu bu ikisiyle ilgilendiğim için yeni videomuz ertelenmiş oldu ve 11 Haziran’da yüklenecek.
