Contract management is not paperwork.
It is risk management in slow motion.

Most project delays don’t start on site.
They start in a clause that was skimmed, not read.

A contract decides:
1] who pays when things go wrong
2] who carries time risk
3] who absorbs cost escalation
4] and who wins disputes without raising their voice

By the time a dispute reaches the meeting room,
the outcome was usually decided on the day the contract was signed.

We shouldn’t treat contracts as legal burdens.
We should treat them as project control tools.

Because concrete cracks can be repaired.
Poorly managed contracts keep bleeding—quietly, monthly, and expensively.

Did you know?
A Letter of Intent (LOI) isn’t the same as a Contract!

It only shows an intention to award work.
It's not a legally binding agreement, unless it explicitly includes all essential contract terms.

Did you know?
In construction contracts, you must have seen the line “Time is of the essence”.

This means any delay, no matter how small it be, can legally justify termination or penalties.

It’s not just a phrase, it turns your project schedule into a binding legal commitment.
