This channel is about the gospel or 'good news' brought by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He was born to a virgin Mary and God the Father, thus He was divine and part-God and part-mortal, He was raised by both His parents Mary and stepfather Joseph and ministering angels. Christ had a ministry, atoned for our sins in the Garden of Gethsemene when when He asked His father if this 'cup' might pass from Him but 'nevertheless not as I will but as thou wilt'. He was crucified, rose again after three days and appeared again unto Mary and the Apostles before He ascended into Heaven promising to return. We believe that the gospel of Christ has been restored prior to His second coming of which He spoke. Now is the time we need His teachings more than ever. It is near at hand although we believe that no man knowing the time or the hour, no not even the angels in heaven. I do this also to share the actual teachings and beliefs of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints often referred to has the Mormon church. Although we live in the age of information and internet there is much incorrect, partially correct and anti-Mormon propoganda online. It just goes to show that the internet while a wonderful and amazing tool is only as good as any tool, which is as good as those who use it. God bless us all everyone, though we live in challenging times there is good news for us all. Remember that although ignorance is darkness that light is the truth which is far stronger and more powerful than darkness and they cannot both exist in the same place at the same time.
