I ran out of filament, I’ve got more arriving tomorrow. Murdoc’s cape is done but I still need to print 6 sets of hands and his 2 other head sculpts, then he will be published. Taiga Aisaka will be printed next, then Noodle from Gorillaz Cracker Island after her.

MY LATEST PROJECT: I’m now making Glamrock Freddy from FNaF Security Beach… with the OFFICIAL 3D model pulled right from the game. That’s right, the official model. Not like what I did with Spring Bonnie, where I sculpted it myself. Using the official model is much more accurate and looks much better. So far I’ve separated every piece and done a lot of editing, for example removing the endo skeleton in the head, and smoothening out every piece. I wanted to make him 1/12, but then I realized making Gregory and other human FNaF characters in 1/12 scale would be impossible, so I’ll probably be printing him in 1/6.

My Dio (Stardust Crusaders ver 1) 1/6 3D printable TPU action figure is complete!

He is designed by me from scratch and fully articulated, he has 6 interchangeable head sculpts, 7 sets of interchangeable hands, and he has both a jacket torso and arm set, and a torso and arm set with no jacket.

NEW ACTION FIGURE COMPLETE: Noodle from Gorillaz Cracker Island, or phase 7.

The base model is NOT sculpted by me. She uses the OFFICIAL 3D model made for her from the Gorillaz music videos. The joints are made by me + additional editing.

She is 1/6 scale, she has no interchangeable hands or heads since she is not my model.

This means I have 3 action figures completed before my Dio figure has finished getting printed, including Murdoc Niccals (phase 2) and Taiga Aisaka (swimsuit ver). Dio has one final piece to print and then he will be complete and published.

My memory card USB thing is working again, I ordered another one in case the same issue happens again, so I’ve got Dios head band grinning head printing now.

Check out my newest project: Noodle from Gorillaz - using the OFFICIAL Cracker Island 3D model. Yes that’s right, I obtained the official Cracker Island model seen in the music videos. I used the model before with a statue but I never made an articulated one, and that changes now.

Murdoc will be printed after Dio, then Taiga after him (couldn’t find a photo of her full body design so I just put the plated separate pieces photo)

I officially have 2 entire action figures finished and ready to print after my Dio figure is finished printing. Dio is taking longer due to him being not only my largest and tallest figure so far, but he also has an entire interchangeable jacket and jacket arm set, and a record 6 different head sculpts.

Murdoc Niccals from Gorillaz Demon Days will be printed next, and then my latest figure, Taiga Aisaka (swimsuit ver) from Toradora, will be printed after Murdoc.

She’s about 9.25 inches in 1/6 scale.

She has 5 interchangeable head sculpts and 8 interchangeable hands.

Dio is back in business for now. It may just be that my white filament from Overture was defective. I used my older Geetech filament and so far it’s going well. Trial and error. See you tomorrow.
