(Comments enabled) Since Im unable to turn on comments on the previous post, likely because the NIH has their comments disabled, I'll make this a part 2 for commenting. Here's another presentation that has mostly the same information but summarized. This one also includes an explanation of how TMS therapy can be paired with cognitive behavioral therapy to make the brain more receptive to the magnetically stimulated changes. (At 31:37)
So I further hypothesize that UAP have a vested interest in brainstates that have specific ideological ground-works. In other words, if you already believe in angels, demons, and Jesus, then your neural paths will be more easily stimulated to see and believe coherent images that are not physically there. Someone who does not believe in those things will end up interrupting that Magnetic Stimulation path with thoughts wondering why and how they are seeing something paranormal. Michael Persingers "god helmet" experiments further demonstrate this.
This demonstrates how UAP are capable of causing paranormal experiences, via ranged Trans-Cranial Magnetic Stimulation, such as, sensations of an unseen presence, accute fear, feelings of divine comfort, etc. As well as capabilities to cause visual hallucinations, such as, seeing "shadow beings", all manner of religious iconography like, the Virgin Mary, an ethereal bull, (see Chris Bledsoe experiences) a burning bush speaking a message. Or simply seeing extraterrestrial beings with distorted forms or faces. (likely to mask their true visual form) This is also the same mechanism that allows NHI to hijack motor functions, effectively allowing them to freeze a person in place while fully aware, likely by simply activating the Pons. For the fastest demonstration of this, start the video below around 34:40.
The first potential criticism of this hypothesis might be that TMS technology doesn't have enough power to offer these weponized capabilities. But that just so happens to also be the only engineering limitation preventing us from creating gravitational propulsion. A monumental power source.
