I'm gonna rant abt this topic so if you don't wanna read you don't have to
It generally pisses me off when ppl who have B.E.D (binge eating disorder) get hated on, ppl jst tell them 'you're fat so you dont have any eating disorder' whoever told you that EATING disorders were abt weight was wrong, it's not called underweight disorder. It's litterally jst abt having bad relationships with food. They're are littlerally so many eating disorder but ppl obly think of 2. Anorexia or Bulmia, mostly Anorexia tho bc it's the one where you dont eat, bulima you do eat, feel guilty then throw up your food. But even if you aren't underweight you can still have it, ppl jst won't notice bc you're not skinny which is seriously fucked up. And if you don't know what Binge Eating is, it's basically where eat alot and physically can't stop yourself, it's a real thing, I've delt with binge eating b4, it sucks. But you don't have to be overweight to have it, you could be skinny, and still have it. Like I said b4 it's not abt the weight it's abt thw food, another disorder that isn't talked abt as much is ARFID (Avoidance Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) the only reason ik abt it is bc my brother has, from what ik abt it, they have safe foods and unsafe foods, their safe foods are ones they like and the unsafe foods are ones they can't bring themselves to eat, it's not them being picky tho, it could be the look of the food, the texture or jst the taste. And there's another one ik abt (but again there are qay more than tho) that I've never heard anyone talk abt it b4, CHSP (Chew and Spit) it's pretty easy to tell what it is based on the name but it's where when you eat, you chew your food but you don't swallow it, you jst spit it out, kinda like bulima ig? It might not sound dangerous but it seriously is you can look up the dangers for it if you're curious, the only reason ik abt this one is bc I've experienced it b4 (for like a week) i think i was in grade 8 and I couldn't (still can't) throw up so I tried spitting out my food instead anyway that's all I wanted to say
