Hi quilting friends,

Last month, I attended the UK Malvern Quilt Show with my husband and a quilting friend. The show is located under the Malvern Hills at the impressive Three Counties Showground (UK). This is a beautiful location that hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including Flower Festivals, Farming shows, Horse competitions, and of course the Malvern Quilting Shows.


Over 100 quilts were entered into the quilt show, which was so inspiring! In fact, I am seriously considering submitting one of my own quilts to a future quilting event! Meanwhile, I will be posting a bonus video for you in 2-hours with some of the Show Quilts that I hope will inspire you as much as they did me.

Hi,
As Christmas Day is upon us, I send you joy and happiness over this Festive season, wherever you are in the World.

2024 has been full of challenges for my family and me personally. I will post my 2024 roundup video in a few days but, for now, it's time to put down my creative tools and spend quality time with family.

Thank you for your continued support over the past year; you are a lovely group of people.

I wish you a relaxing break during this Festive season and a Happy New Year. I hope 2025 will be full of creative projects and successes!

Hi, during the Christmas holidays I challenged myself to a new project, to make a quilt that I call the “Cloud Nine Quilt“.

To start this project with a bang, I set myself the challenge to make 9 quilt blocks and 9 tutorial videos for YouTube within the 2-week holiday period.

The first block is called the “Continental Quilt Block” and I released the video earlier today. There is no pattern for this as all measurements and instructions are available in the video.
