Watching I Could Never Go Vegan, I found an abundance of thought nourishment. Firstly, I'd like to explore documentary genre myself. Secondly, I value the ability & willingness to question one's choices. Thirdly, I believe most beings in human bodies have the capacity to awaken from slumber, move out of comfort zones, access intelligence and develop qualities that are in harmony with the environment and other beings in different bodies. The ancient Vedic scriptures begin by stating athāto brahma jijñāsā (use your human form to inquire). We've all been indoctrinated, brain washed, exploited and manipulated to different degrees but most of us still have the chance and power to evaluate the situation we are in. Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita that all endeavours in this world have some fault just like fire is covered by smoke. That means, every action/choice we make will be imperfect and affect us, our surrounding and others to a level. Most of us would be able to act in a way that we can minimise the negative impact on our wellbeing and the wellness of others.
