Welcome to The Citizens Fire Company # 1 Official Youtube Page. We are one of four fire stations in the borough of Tamaqua. Our station is located at 99 W. Rowe street in Tamaquas' downtown district. The station is professionally staffed by a 100% volunteer membership, under the guidelines of The Office of The State Fire Commissioner. Currently we are certified to the bronze level, which means at the very least 50% of our active members are certified to the Firefighter 1 certification level or higher. We serve as the primary fire protection for the borough along with the department's three other stations.

We operate a 2014 KME Custom Pumper and a 2009 GMC Custom Built Squad.
