I long to ride the winds up north,

Where snow on Xuanyuan falls, vast as mats

我欲借船向東遊
Wǒ yù jiè chuán xiàng dōng yóu
I dream of sailing to the east,

綽約仙子迎風立
Chuò yuē xiān zǐ yíng fēng lì
Where fairies stand, wind-kissed and poised

我欲踏雲千萬裡
Wǒ yù tà yún qiān wàn lǐ
I wish to tread, in the clouds for miles

廟堂龍吟奈我何
Miào táng lóng yín nài wǒ hé
Unmoved by dragons' roars from sacred halls

崑崙之巔沐日光
Kūn lún zhī diān mù rì guāng
Atop Kunlun, bathing in warm sunlight,

滄海絕境見青山
Cāng hǎi jué jìng jiàn qīng shān
Where distant seas embrace emerald peaks

長風萬裡燕歸來
Cháng fēng wàn lǐ yàn guī lái
We shall return, through endless winds,

不見天涯，人不回
Bù jiàn tiān yá, rén bù huí
Yet I won't go back till I've seen this world!
