Well as if things I use couldn’t get any dumber just like with Filmmaker Pro, now DeviantArt, for some dumb reason, is now trying to act like their app is no longer serviceable. Why? And oh, what a shock, the comments are pissed stating that they use the app and not the website.
Also the web app doesn’t properly work (At least for me) so they’re basically just losing users at this point.
Similar to my thoughts on season 8, we also agreed that SpongeBob got better here, but he also likes a lot more episodes than I did. Including ones I definitely would disagree on.
Okay so I was gonna post another “On this day in this year” post, but I had to delay it for the next day because I just found out about something seriously important and even dangerous:
Last night, well as of typing this, I just heard about YouTube’s A.I. Moderation going around and terminating random YouTube channels. I have no idea why, but I just heard about it and saw people’s complaints.
I thought we were in the clear when YouTube backed out of the August 13th announcement of using A.I. to judge how old someone is. Now they’re just having the A.I. moderation deleting channels for what ever the reason is? If there is one?
What the hell is wrong with YouTube? Can they just be normal? For once?
The next day in 2008, Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa was released. Despite the first being the best, I actually had more nostalgia with this one strangely enough. Maybe because I played the Wii and DS game it had.
On this day in 2010, Megamind was released. Wow! A subversive movie that’s clever with being subversive! That’s awesome! A great movie that does what it does amazingly…
And then we got Megamind Vs. The Doom Syndicate 14 years later. That’s a thing.
On this day in 2006, Flushed Away was released. This was the Aardman movie I always had a fond memory of. Nowadays I think Wallace And Gromit Curse Of The Were-Rabbit is better, but this one is great too.

Why can’t we just leave stuff alone?

On this day in 2000, Joseph: King Of Dreams was released. A prequel to The Prince Of Egypt? Interesting.

On this day in 2012, Wreck It Ralph was released. In terms of CGI Disney movies, this is certainly a classic nostalgia trip for me.
And then went on to make a sequel way worse than The Emoji Movie…
