Medicine in Your Kitchen

12 years ago I took on the challenge of getting my health back after my Doctor informed me I was prediabetic. Little did I know it would lead me down a path where I formerly followed the conventional ways of eating. I bought the books and watched all the videos to learn the "art" of healthy eating. The "rabbit hole" however took me to a place where I challenged the conventions of "calories in calories out" health and eating that had been the standards since the proliferation of "THE USDA FOOD PYRAMID" invented and pushed by the food industry. The first hurdle to overcome was understanding food labeling which have much interpretation, their hidden chemicals and sugars. Without that identifying factor one becomes clueless of what it's harms are for use in different products and processes. I had to disseminate the information and work thru incomplete or bad information.
Here's what I found out after many hundreds of hours of paying attention to nutrition doctors plus trial and error.
