I have so many things on the list and they are sitting there for quite some time now.
So i want to finish a couple of things there before jumping into the next major porject that might keep us busy for the rest of the year. :-)

Q1 Update 2026

Hello & Welcome everyone to the first update in this still fresh year 2026.
I hope everybody had a great start into the new year and that you all are in good health. That your spirits are high and you are motivated to progress towards your goals. However large or small, every step matters!

As winter has taken over and temperatures are quite low and there was some real snow for a couple of days it felt a lot easier to wind down a bit and get into a reflective mood. Thinking about things. And of course also thinking about the future of the channel.
Last year was epic, as the channel hit the incredible 1000 Subs milestone that enabled me to kick of monetariziation for upcoming vids and streams. I still cant really grasp what an archivement this is, knowing that probably dont do anything to special compared to other creators & streamers.

I try to cover various genres and upcoming games that i think look interesting but i know that there are more people out there that could do the same and maybe even better.
With that knowledge i am even more greatful for the support i received over the last year(s) and for the loyal people that now regularily show up and chat with me during livestream.

Also i cant stress enough for how grateful i am for having these fantastic channel members and their continous support that now more then ever count and help me maintain a constant flow of vids. Thank you guys! You are awesone!

Now where are we right now. Last year we were able to finish some long running series like Max Payne which started super early and the third took its time to be done here. :-)
Then we finished the original Mass Effect trilogy and it was an epic journey to go through.
During Halloween Season we had the first Last Of Us Part 1 in the pretty new remastered version and it was stunning as it was when i played it the first time on PS3. For me, one of the best games of all time. And i plan to put out the second one this year to have both of em together here. Then we are jus about to finish the BioShock series as the last of the 3, Bioshock Infinite is coming to an end. The first to were as well around the channel for quite some time and now they are finally here all together.

Then we had a very great run with Ready Or Not as my friends and me tried to find the right approach for all the different operations. Because of the release of the game for consoles there were alot of new faces during the sessions. After that we took a break from action and did the clever and neat Mars First Logistics that keeps you engaged with very clever physics based puzzles and a very cool builder mode that lets you create very insane vehicles that help you solve those puzzles. It was a blast. No we started in with the very Raft like Voidtrain that is apart from the random fights a rather chill experience driving through the void and collecting ressources and upgrade the train while following the story.

Of course our lifelong project, thats what i refer it to for now xD, Snowrunner did continue and still does to this date as there are still Seasons left for us to explore and clean up and new ones are made. Since we are still trying to catch up. :-)

I also want to do some more Star Citizen again and show you more cool places and maybe even some of the big story mission series. Since CIG has pushed out a lot of content and the new Nyx system i have jet to revisit an old familiar that was one of the first vids on the channel and also SC related when visiting the original Levski.

With Tarkov coming out of "early access" and is now fully released we again decided to start over. At first in PVP, but after getting humiliated by other players we thought it would be for the better if we would again do our "playthrough" in PVE. I know, i know, skill issue xD
But my buddy and me still enjoy the actual game loop and so we have a lot of fun along the path. Although we did the first couple of Episodes live and then switched to recording we might go back to live as it is a bit easier to process on my end.

Now after wrapping up BioShock Infinite i want to attend a couple of smaller titles as i had them on my list for quite some time now. I am not sure wether i seperate them into smaller episodes or put them out as one. I still try to maintain a regular schedule as i boost some other games that i have been playing rather spontaneous here on occaison. So there will always be something coming up. Since Amazons New World MMO is set to be shut down at the beginning of 2027 and i still want to push through the story of it this might be one of those candidates that get a bit more episodes now when i need time to finish some of the other projects.

One of the biggest thing that will happen this year will be the beginn of a playthrough of Cyberpunk. Since i now have hardware that is able to run this pretty decent i just have to wait for a new monitor. Since my main Display is now about a 6 to 7 year old IPS display. No fancy OLED or anyhting. And it is just super crappy to play everything with vsync. Especially in Cyberpunk the Menu becomes super laggy while the game runs smooth. I have a model that i am tracking right now and now i am sitting here and hoping the price will drop in the next weeks and months that i may be able to afford it.

Other goals are of course again showcasing 1 to 2 games right after their release.
I still havent decided about them and might make this dependant if i am able to make contact to the publisher and maybe even receive a review key or something like that.
We have to wait and soo ho this develops.

And we still have to celebrate the 100 Subs milestone with a special stream where i want to do a little giveaway. I still try to find out how to do these in a fair and secure way so that nothing goes wrong with it. I will let you know when i have more on that topic.

With this all out now i think i can happily say this will be another fantastic year with great content and some very spectacular games. I hope there is something for all of you coming up and once again want to say a big thank you to all of you for being awesome!

Monetization & Everything In Between

Hi all,
As announced i wanted to attend this topic in a seperate post.
So here are my thoughts about ads and how to use them.

I just activated monetization on the first Vid.
Or better said on the latest Snowrunner livestream.
So apperantly youtube puts ads in a recommended? frequency/ spots.
These mid roll ads were all over the place. I then tried to put one roughtly every 30 minutes.
I dont know how others on youtube do this. If they change these manually or accept the automatic suggested placements. I have to gather more info about what is possible and what should not be done.
What i cant figure out is if these mid rolls are skippable or not.
I dont seem to have a toggle for that.
Also i dont know if there now is an ad in the beginning and one in the end.
And if these are skippable or not as well.

The idea was that whenever there is a ad before the vid starting that this would be skippable.
Then depending on the length of the vid every 20 to 30 mins could be a mid roll (also skippable?) and then going with that frequency until the end. I am not sure if everyone gets all those played out. How they actually distribute these ads and there is a lot more that i have to learn and get knowledge about. Also if a game or something has like a streamer mode where music gets cut out we definitely wont do that! I wanna get the full experience so you can have it too. If that means i cant monetize a vid so be it!

So please bear with me if it isn´t perfect in the beginning.
The main goal is to get a little something out of the views while keeping the experience as unobstructive and annoying as possible.
Also i contacted a local agency and asked for their support and possible best practices on these topics. If they are willing to help i hope i can make some good progress on the matter.

ONE THOUSAND SUBS MILESTONE

I am still speechless. And really dont know how to react to this.
It just plopped over the 1000 Subscribers in the night from 2nd to 3rd December.
This huge milestone that i had not thought of that it would be possible to beat this year. It is finally here. I just cant believe it. And i am still out of words.

for putting your trust in me. I hope there are more things here that you all like and i hope to provide more in the future!
With a thousand subscribers and more i am now able to monetize on standard vids and streams via ads. I know that this is a delicate subject and i dont want to go crazy with that.
But i will put out some extra thoughts about this in an additional post! So more about this another time.

Also i plan to do a little giveawy as soon as i figure out how to do that properly. Maybe also do a silly little celebration stream. :-)

As another short note i am still recording the special christmas series so you can enjoy some extra content while the festivities last and try to have another banger ready for new years eve.

Tarkov PVE or PVP or something else?

Hi all,
With Escape From Tarkov being out now for a couple of days and we also
Spend a good amount of hours in there the question arose how we should continue.
The thing is that the last 2 or so sessions, while having some very intense fights an fun moments where not a great deal in overall progression. And I am not afraid to speak out the truth. We are just really bad players when it comes to Tarkov. 😅
This made us thinking how we should continue with it. Maybe we should just leave it for a while and do something else instead? We could just play it just not as regular as we used to. Or we could go back and reset the PVE account and start over there as we would probably progress much much faster then in PVP. But without the thrill of actual player fights.
So here we are. What do you guys think? I can imagine it would not be much fun to watch us getting clapped over and over again. But maybe you do like to see us suffe. 🤣

Escape From Tarkov 1.0

is going live in a couple of hours.

I will do a bit of streaming and take a first look into it if everything is working out on their end.
