I started out as a fit adventure channel and I kind of became a reaction channel. I utilize my reactions to sprinkle in knowledge on diet, exercise and living off grid* to help folks with their journeys, but always remember, I'm JUST a Fat Chick In A Barn with ZERO certifications or official schooling on these topics.
*Yes, I know random, but I live an off grid adventure and I like to share tips on that as well.
