I do also think that a pilot should never feel obliged to justify for running in such a dangerous race: passion for Road Races is for some pilots an Axiom, that goes far above the final result, whatever could it be. Racing involves a wide range of risks of many levels; in Road Racing, the risk is at its highest. Nevertheless everyone is well aware, everyone knows. For this reason, I do consider that every speech on moral, on the sillyness of the absurd propensity towards danger will never get any sense and never meet the truth. First of all, on competition as well as on daily life, every adult is conscious and free to make his choice; more than that, it is not possible to shape human nature to such a degree, nor it is to control his perversions.
