The UNDP Sub-Regional Hub for West and Central Africa, situated in Dakar – Senegal, covers 24 countries, ranging from high and middle-income economies to least developed countries and countries in crisis and post-crisis situations. It works with its national counterparts in the sub-region to support the implementation of national development priorities and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. UNDP’s work is guided by global and regional development and normative frameworks to which countries in Africa are signatories, including the 2030 Agenda and Agenda 2063.
