I do not accept returns. Once you have placed a bid the item is yours.
However, please remember if there is damage beyond appropriate wear for a vintage piece I will disclose it in the auction, but most of what I sell is vintage and pre-loved and will not be in new condition for the most part. The only exception is if we find it was damaged in transit and can make an insurance claim. This has not been an issue in the past.

Lets be clear we WERE NOT supposed to go in time slots other people were on and had claimed when we started our channels, there was even a group chat to work out the times lol
There were apparently designs to ice out "crush" smaller channels, I was appalled when I heard this recently, but it all started making sense.
Trust me its not all peace and love, its nastiness and undercutting like you wouldn't believe!
It doesn't matter if people go on the same time as I do because I just have to have a strong enough show of different authentic items to keep people interested, BUT it is hard on the viewer I think to have to toggle and choose its not easy, many of us have ADD and it puts people in a tough position thats the main thing.
I don't care who goes on against me anymore, I have the best customers and friends, but I do care about the disingenuous sentiment that its "no big deal" Thats a new spin
I'm at my law job today but somebody told me this was being stated and I had to laugh. It doesn't matter that I don't do jewelry full time, I don't want to do jewelry full time until I retire someday maybe. What matters to the consumer is the quality of items you bring. Why would it matter to the customer if this is your only or third job if you're doing a good job?
Its like me going to a new client consultation and saying "Yeah, bob's legal research and work product are amazing but listen, THIS IS MY FULL TIME JOB" What does that even mean?! Why would that matter to the client? Are you saying you can only put on good shows if this is your only job? That your shows are better than mine because this is a side passion? Find some new selling points, that one is moot.
I speak up against BS in my main job and my side job now too, and if I lose subs its ok because I won't be controlled by a mob mentality who believe they are superior in a parasocial setting that ultimately means very little in the grand scheme. I do this for me, the real friends Ive made Jody and Colette, and the friends and customers I have, thats it!

Please send prayers to Jerry Nelson he had a heart attack this week and surgery I was going to speak to him about ethical sourcing and he went into the hospital the day I texted him he’s a kind gentle soul and amazing artist and would appreciate your healing thoughts 🙏
