I’ve been teaching yoga for 17 years, and this practice has brought so much healing, joy, and connection into my life. I taught my first online class during quarantine, and I’ve always wanted to return to this platform—so here I am!
I’m 45, navigating perimenopause, and life as a single mom to two amazing, big-personality sons (now 15 and 17). Over the years, I’ve co-owned a yoga studio, earned my certification through YogaSport in Dallas with my inspiring teacher Angela Wagner, and launched my own paddleboard company where I also teach SUP Yoga.
Yoga is medicine. Movement is medicine. Here you’ll find a variety of practices—from quick “yoga on the fly” 10–15 minute sessions to longer flows, playful arm balance tutorials, chakra-balancing, and more.
