@GRamirez0218

I’m going to say jazzercise or Zumba. Only because I’m sick and sadistic. Let’s see you make those move into hero moves.

@michaelakins6502

Doing Dips off a bench or chair. Always feel like I hurt something rather than work the triceps.

Looking amazing.

Dumbbell rows. I feel the shoulder fails before I get a good back workout. I’ve even tried different variations but shoulder always seems to jump in and get the burn before the back does. (All I have are dumbbells right now)

Hammer curls, I barely feel like they do anything and I’ve had much more success with reverse curls or their variations from your channel.

Bent over tricep kick backs, break a PR or plateau with this because if I go to heavy my shoulder gets involved, I see every girl doing them I know there not very effective tension wise so please show us the way.

@Raditado

I can never seem to do any type of fly movement for chest without it bothering my shoulders no matter how warmed up my shoulders are and using limited ROM.

Bench Press - I never feel it in my chest and I feel like my shoulders are uncomfortable when pinning them back. I would rather let them move naturally like in a push up, dip, or Landmine chest press. I have a great connection with these

@jakeritchie_

For me: Lat Pulldowns, the only back exercise I could never get any mind-muscle connection with. I can do other types of pull downs with that connection but the one with pulling down the bar I could never really do that well.

Tricep extensions feel like I never connect with my triceps enough

Upright rows because of the amount of misinformation on the internet about the safety of that Exercise. I don’t know why but biceps curls I do are really lightning up my traps although my form is strict and I don’t even use much weight .

Upright row, I feel like it's designed to get you hurt.

Chest dips that target lower chest. I always feel sore in my collar bone area and not my lower chest.
