I love the "realness" of your channel and especially What's Eating Dan. But I'm trying to make real change in my life by going keto. And the vast majority of video resources I can find when looking for delicious an well-researched keto foods range from either bodybuilders trying to sell something or people focused on non-gmo, grass-fed, expensive and unsustainable (for the average Dan like me) foods. I would LOVE a series on keto from Dan. And I don't know where the right place to field that would be. But barring that, is there any channels y'all are aware of that offer wholesome, reasonable, delicious keto advice and real cooking?

Would you please test the validity & accuracy of the use of infrared red gun thermometers to check the pan temperature prior to cook in them & also the temperature of the food in them. Is it a reliable cooking tool & what should be aware of in looking for one ! Thank you very very much !
