Do you relate to any of these!? 😩🥂 also tbh, sometimes it can feel overwhelming to see all of these posts like “ this is bad for you!” And “ you should never do this thing you’re doing every day!”, but for me at least, the most important thing in a wellness journey is being mindful of your own internal experience, and how different things/foods/lifestyle choices affect YOU as an individual.

So, the focus becomes less on “what horrible things am I doing based on what is trending online at the moment”, to instead “when do I feel my best? What can I do daily to feel that way more often?”

This also takes a lot of the pressure off to feel like you constantly need to be changing what you’re doing, or doing more, or that what you are currently doing isn’t enough

Nobody knows you like you know yourself 🙏🙏
