Wow what a few weeks it’s been. I injured my ankle and was in a boot and crutches for almost two weeks. Then hundreds of bees took over our new home forcing us to live in a hotel.
I’ve been tested physically and mentally more than ever. Four weeks ago I got a concussion and couldn’t train like usual. Just when I was ready to get back I twisted my ankle badly during a game.
Nothing broken but still healing.
Here’s the truth: life will test you. You won’t always feel strong or perfect but showing up anyway is what counts.
I haven’t done leg workouts in weeks but I focus on what I can do: upper body workouts, nutrition, and skills I can practice seated or standing on one leg.
Small actions add up over time. Consistency is everything.
If you’re struggling, remember it’s okay to adjust your plans and keep going. That’s how progress happens.
