My eliptical is my primary cardio source. Really gets me warmed up before a stretch and makes my thighs burn. You get a little bit of leg day and cardio at the same time.

Burpees are my bread and butter these days. Every morning, first thing I do, 6 days a week (Sunday being mandatory full rest day). Particularly I enjoy Burpee ladders, 5 up/down to 10 up/down depending on how energetic I feel or 10-15 minutes of 5-8 reps EMOM style.

Walking, doesn't add fatigue and is enjoyable - time taking though - I should consider more such options

Guys , today i found out that jump ropes dosent need handles ! Yes, you can do them with normal rope without handles, and i think its much better and more comfortable.

When running isn’t available I always do burpees to get going. I also don’t have jump rope or too much equipment yet so I do what I can

I enjoy Shadowboxing. 3-5 rounds is enough to get the heart going
