If you’re trying to manage inflammation, you should avoid stuff like this.. yes it IS meat, but it’s still fried in oils that will only make your inflammation worse!

Almost 5 years living carnivore. Not a fan of pork rinds but ground pork rinds work well anywhere you used to use bread crumbs. Great for making chicken fried steak. Cooking with Chris from Nashville has some great recipes. Some of Chris' recipes are complex but they are very good. Ketogenic Woman, Anita, has some great recipes as well. Wishing you the same success that we have found in carnivore.

Season the rinds a little will help a ton I was lucky 18 months and never had any adaptation issues but did end up with a kidney stone so make sure to hydrate and maybe a little ACV in a glass of water a few times a week

Store bought bags of pork rinds definitely suck compared to homemade. If you still want the convenience of store bought, I'd go for cracklings instead. Eating cooler and more solidified fat, as opposed to hot, liquid fat, helped my digestive system balance out faster.

I used to eat pork rinds dipped in butter. I like the combo but sometimes the teeth seem to suffer so I think that putting the rinds in some soup or liquid would soften them. Usually my stomach issues clear up relatively fast. One time j ate a lot of yogurt and j think it created a bad reaction along w orange juice and eggs lasting for a couple weeks. But I can eat over a pound of mince beef by itself w out much issues in much experience. I think it’s boring for most pallets. Some people drink apple cider vinegar to clear out their system when they suspect something’s off but I don’t like the strong acids affecting my teeth. If eating high quality then should be able to eat raw which would slide through ones system with less notice if had enough fat too

If you add in a couple bites of carrots each day you won’t have to deal with the adaptation phase. Not sure if that would ruin the diet for you but that’s what I do

The Wooded Beardsman
Who TF even likes pork rinds? And why do they stick to the back of my throat for so long? Man, Carnivore diet suxs! I'm aiming for 30 days, but I've already dropped 4 lbs and am pissing out the wrong hole LOL. Anyone sticking to this diet through the adaptation phase is a champ...or they didn't have to do it like me. My gallbladder better shape up soon! I'm kind of stuck eating just hamburger...that's all I can really tolerate eating in enough quantity. A little less bloated, but not enough to make this worthwhile!!
