This one is for those nights when your mind won’t switch off… and your body is still stuck in “on” mode, even though you’re exhausted.

We start with slow, easy breathing to gently engage your vagus nerve… then move into a full hypnotic body scan… helping your whole system get the message that it’s safe to rest.

After that, calming affirmations repeat quietly in the background… gradually fading softer and softer as you drift off… so your conscious mind can sleep while the deeper parts of you keep soaking in signals of safety and rest.

It won’t magically fix everything in one night… but it can soften the edges… create a bit more space… and help teach your body what deep, steady sleep can feel like again.
