I couldn’t find a good place to put this but I feel it will be seen here: You have a choice. choose the pop and it tastes good, but might dehydrate you, or you choose water, it might not taste good, but it’s what you need. Don’t let yourself hurt for something that feels good. Do what you need and find a balance between need and want
