Pyramid - Just The One

There is just one Pyramid consisting of 8 exercises in this class. If you do not have enough time to complete the whole class, go all the way to the top and then skip to the cool-down.

I hold my medium weights throughout the whole class to add a bit of resistance to the exercises - this is optional.

Expect to get to around RPE 12-13 (unless you choose to jump around and make it more cardiovascular) and keep going so it is more of a stamina/endurance class.
