I’m so proud of you all for continuing to grow and embrace new challenges. I certainly brought you some tough workouts this month, especially with the full body routines. We worked a lot on our strength, balance AND coordination. AMAZING WORK! 👏

For the month of July we will be following a Choose Your Own Adventure Calendar. Follow the schedule and choose 1-2 workouts from each corresponding playlist.
