First of all, the “technical difficulties” under what to expect was HILARIOUS! 😂😂 My question/comment for consideration this week: Family. Full-time job. Grad school. EXTREMELY full plate with these three things alone. But I find myself saying yes to additional things outside of these three that bring me personal joy. Do I have “extra” time for these extra things? Absolutely not. But I feel like I need them to balance the obligatory hustle. I feel like they’re a form of self-care, self-compassion. But I end up overloading. I’d appreciate advice on how to say no to even GOOD things when you don’t have room for them. I’m not sure I clearly expressed my thoughts here, but I’ll reject the perfectionistic pull to spend 10 more minutes on saying it just righ

Love the expected five minute delay 😂 I recently experienced awful reactions during a relationship break up when listening to my feelings and saying no. Then being told I make someone feel worthless for declining a weekend meet up. We can only control our own path but still have the back lash to deal with?
