Maximum 3 minute. Hasn't reach that number for 3 months now. Me back in the day were a monster of discipline. Lose 9kg in 2 months, + all that Couldn't believe my memories

I put 2-3 mins but I’d say I can do 5 minutes easily as I do a weekly 4 minute plank where the last 30 seconds are pushups.
