Yep! What she said! I'm 73 yrs YOUNG & I attribute my YOUTH to mindful, intentional full-body workouts, at least 3x a week. My excellent physical health has allowed me to be FT horse camp host for Oregon State Parks for past 4 yrs! In 2005, I weighed 165, dropped 60 lbs while reshaping upper body & core, gaining back 20 lbs in muscle. Today, at 115 lbs, I have maintained the healthier weight, have nicely defined arms, strong core & I love doing modified Campground parkour. I look at my peers & my heart breaks cuz most are "living to die" instead of "dying to live"...! Oh, and I'm a solo van dweller as a camp host with my ESD, Nicolas. My wheel-estate is a 2018 Ford Transit Cargo Van Short 250. I couldn't live this awesome life in paradise if I wasn't in excellent shape! Make the jump: Get healthy! Get muscular! Get to dying to LIVE!!! Happy Trails, Ms CharLee👵 Nicolas🐕 Ange

Needed this today! Sitting here thinking, “ why can’t I break this fat loss plateau” ? Well, it’s going to mean not eating out 2-3 times per week and not snacking at night. I know I have to make sacrifices and it’s not going to be easy or comfortable 😅

Redefining Strength
"A day is never ordinary chasing the extraordinary."
Because chasing the extraordinary? It comes with a cost.
The bigger the goal? The faster you want results? The more you're going to have to give up to get it.
That’s not meant to scare you. It’s meant to PREPARE you.
It’s some straight up, tough love coming at you.
Because the truth is, it’s not just about what you’re willing to DO…It’s about what you’re willing to GIVE UP.
Success is sacrifice.
You can choose growth. Or you can choose comfort.
But you don’t get to skip the hard part just because you feel you “deserve” more.
Stop waiting for it to feel fun, sexy, or easy.
This isn’t about finding motivation. It’s about building grit. It’s about doing the hard even when you don’t want to.
So before you set that new goal…ask yourself:
What am I really willing to give up to get what I want?
Because…
You can’t keep your comfortable routines and expect to level up.
You can’t chase big goals and still cling to small habits.
You can’t expect progress without…well…some pain.
Suck it up buttercup!
No more waiting. No more wishing. No more excuses…
