Hiroyuki Terada - Diaries of a Master Sushi Chef
My first time in Las Vegas and working on some new ideas and opportunities. It’s almost like an unreal place here with so much hope and happiness, but whenever you leave this place, you need to work hard and continue the daily grind.
I’m so thankful to have met Chef Yan @chefmartinyan here in Vegas after seeing him in San Francisco and on other multiple occasions. I have so much to learn from this great man, and can’t wait to spend more time with him.
We did a series of videos that are coming soon so I hope you’ll enjoy them.
