Wow, usually these are pretty easy but I would've never guessed that RIR0 over RIR1 is as much of a difference as RIR2 over RIR3.

That's one study . They have shown other studies that stopping a couple reps short gives the same outcomes . I personally think different people respond differently to different training stimuli and that's why among top bodybuilders there isn't a consensus between volume and intensity .
