Thank you 68 with Arthritis. Please launch this series although I prefer longer workouts. Maybe I can combine it with a standing workout for my full hour.

I would love a chair workout from you. I try your other workouts regularly because they are so good and your music is banging 👌 I have arthritis in my hips and pelvic joints also my knees and ankles and sometimes I can't continue the workouts. I think it's a great idea

If you have the time, i think it's a wonderful idea! I hurt my foot a year ago and i needed to lessen my workouts for a couple months. It was depressing after a while that i wasnt able to do my normal routine. I would have loved more chair options during that time!

Great idea. I’m not a beginner but I have lots of friends who do nothing! I am not a fan of chair 😂exercise but sometimes people can’t walk. I suggest beginners. No equipment- 20 minutes. Easy enjoyable workout with happy music 😂. Most people don’t exercise 😮. I’m 65 and exercise a lot and use heavy weights. I use your workouts for my easy days or cardio days or to get steps in. Very kind of you to ask us for opinio

In my view, it's a great idea because there are lots and lots of elderly people, those who would like to start but don't know what with and unsure of themselves. You'll be a great support for them. So, go ahead and good luck!

💬 I need your opinion, friends!
Are there people in my audience who need chair workouts — exercises done sitting on a chair?
Or maybe you have family members or friends who would benefit from this type of gentle training?
I’m thinking about launching a special “well-being” series — soft, accessible routines for mobility, joint health and light toning.
🪑 Chair workouts can be great for seniors, people recovering from injuries, beginners, or anyone who finds standing exercises difficult.
Important: this will not replace my main content.
Regular workouts will stay exactly as they are.
Chair workouts would appear once a week, maybe as a relaxed “Weekend” or “Sunday” routine for those who need a softer option.

🔍 I would love to hear from you:
1️⃣ Do you or someone you know need chair workouts?
2️⃣ Who should I focus on first — seniors, recovery, beginners?
3️⃣ What duration works best: 10, 15 or 20 minutes?
Your feedback will help me decide whether to launch this series ❤️
Thank you to everyone who leaves a comment! 🙌
