So I was meditating… and then Zee decided to jump up and nestle next to my head.
At first, I stopped meditating because, well… i found it funny and wanted to take a picture… plus it’s hard to stay zen when you’ve got a furry tongue in your ear.
But then I thought, I could’ve just kept meditating through it. That moment was the meditation.
And it got me thinking… So many of you tell me your pets love my meditations too… so what if I made one that we could do together with our pets? 🐾
