It’s hard to get back into shape, I’m living it right now.

Six weeks ago I got a concussion and four stitches above my eye, which meant zero exercise while my brain healed. Then I sprained my ankle, and for three weeks I could barely walk.

Even with some strength training and basketball drills, my body changed. I lost muscle, my cardio tanked, and I feel softer than I like.

Here’s the thing: life happens. Quick fixes don’t last. Transformation is a lifelong journey, not a six-week challenge.

I focus on what I can control, accept that progress will feel hard, and keep the bigger picture in mind, long-term health first. Small actions compound, and consistency beats perfection.

If you’re struggling, remember: this is temporary, and the internal transformation matters more than what the scale says.

Your journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Keep going, adapt, and do your best.
