What’s wild is that if you watch that creepy music video “A Town Called Hypocrisy” where he portrayed some children’s show host, he actually makes a cutthroat gesture while staring straight into the camera with those dead eyes. Basically foreshadowing his grisly fate 20 years ago.

I think some things are just too dark to be discussed. But then again evil thrives when decent people are afraid to speak out.

Everyone also knew Savile was a wrong un. And that gangs of certain people around the country were and are using white girls in disgusting ways. There are multiple examples of this. But it doesn't get discussed. Harvey weinstein is another. Someone in power decided each one of these things is OK and shouldn't be discussed. I'd argue they are as guilty as the original offender for enabling it.

Crazy he lasted that long in prison... Wonder if the band would ever come on and speak about their experiences. Couldn't imagine being around that guy and sharing a stage.

Murder is a crime but in this instance I will say "well done, the world has less one more monster but many more to go".

It's the fact these people are reported to the authorities and they don't do anything that makes it even worse.

The terrible thing about this monster was that he convinced women to hand their children over to him to be abused and some of the women were derranged enough to participate in it. I hope he was treated the way he treated those children.

They opened for Linkin Park during the Hybrid Theory era. Lost Prophets weren't really known and Ian was super pissed off that the crowd were more interested in Linkin Park than his group. 😂

Probably the most despicable man in the country and yet, Jesus would have forgiven him and loved him.

Thanks, Andrew. I enjoyed the interview and now I have a new band to add to my playlist! When I read that Ian was killed in prison, my first thought was that It couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy! Absolutely disgusting!

There is no such thing as a good boy gone wrong, it's just a bad boy found out.

Watched the Interview very good…But again if this guy thought something wasn’t right why not report it??? …Like?!?!?

Your right Andrew, I'm 51, so when he was in his band, lost prophets (I think) 🤔 some real vile truths came to the light involving some younger female fans

He was killed over a bad drug debt, the same reason he was held hostage and tortured two years ago

I think everyone who ever met him thought much the same as your friend, I met the band 18 visions in the early 2000s when they played at the Manchester academy venue and when I asked the singer what it was like to be around Lost Prophets when they played support a year or so prior to their own tour, his face said it all, like "that dude ain't right" kind of look following by a shake of the head and a long draw of his cigarette.

This man was a monster. He was killed in prison last week. But my friend Josh Friend - from the band Modestep - actually toured with Ian Watkins. And it was clear something wasn't right. Out early for those of you who read and like these posts. Watch now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jfQJ...
