I once won a fitness competition and my body fat was at 4%. I have never been more miserable in all my life. I even developed body image issues and i was obsessed with looking a certain way that was simply unsustainable and very unhealthy. Yes, 12% is much wiser and still looks great! Congrats on reaching your goal!
