Remembering all the embarrassing moments is what teaches me to do better and avoid even MORE mistakes moving forward in life! Plus, I cherish all of my happy moments way too much to ever want to forget them.

I’m 49yrs old, I have lived a lot of life and made many mistakes. You learn from them and move on. You apologize when it’s called for and practice forgiveness. I chose to vividly remember happiest moments. Ultimately we are the sum of our memories and experiences.

Sometimes the embarrassing moments turned out to be happy ones. And vice versa.

I think I might be losing my memory. I mean ever since I hit the Big Five-O, I've been noticing this increasing forgetfulness, especially in regard to my short term memory. It's becoming rather concerning. There's this condition, a disease or something...but I can't seem to think of the term for it just now. I'm becoming worried that I might be coming down with it, whatever it's called. I've heard there's these new kinds of medications that can help with...well, whatever the hell we're talking about. Let's see.... Excuse me, what was the question again?

I would love to forget embarrassing moments. Happy moments are glossy and most likely imperfect memories. Embarrassing memories , however can be crippling.

My loved ones sometimes bring up fun childhood experiences we had together, but I don’t remember most of them. It makes them sad, but they don’t hold it against me. I would love to be able to recall all those happy memories.

I can't recall many if any happy moments. I have a melancholy personality. I didn't choose it so far as I know.

Because if you look in the past you would live there . But you should live in the present for that is where you future lays. Thanks be to God.
