If you’re here, it’s likely because you’re a seeker. You want more, better, or different for your life. Especially if you’re struggling with a challenging condition or two, like:

• Perfectionism
• Codependency (which is really thinking about, talking about, or caretaking others at your own expense)

But when you try to change these patterns on your own, nothing seems to work, no matter how much you want a different experience.
Here’s a gentle idea to consider: You have everything you need inside you to create a different experience.

Who on earth tells ppl they don't need willpower. Wtf. It's ALL from within. Yes support is good but change has to come from within you.
